Our consulting services are delivered on the basis of our general terms and
conditions “AGB”
1. Our offers are subject to change. Our confirmation of order is the authoritative document.
2. All information will be regarded as confidential and will not be shared with other parties unless authorized. This clause is reciprocal.
3. Costs will be detailed in the offer and are subject to VAT.
4. Payment is expected on delivery of invoice.
5. The client is required to provide all information necessary for the fulfillment of the order.
6. We retain copyright of all documents provided. These may not be shared with third parties without our written permission.
7. The contract ends on delivery of the order.
8. Unless otherwise agreed, we may destroy all documents 12 months after contract end.
9. We are not responsible for any damages unless caused by our serious negligence.
